Eurasian Association of Universities, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Al Farabi Kazakh National University invites you to participate in the International Scientific and Educational Congress "Science of the Future" which will be held in October 2010.
The purpose of the Congress are to strengthen integration processes in the scientific and educational fields, consolidating the activities of scientists and specialists of Kazakhstan, Russian and other foreign universities, national academies and scientific organizations for the development of innovation and sustainable economic growth.
The Congress will be held in the following sections::
- Establishment of the Eurasian educational space and maintaining a single intellectual potential of the CIS;
- Modern trends in science and education, improving their social roles;
- Higher education as a leading educational and scientific, cultural and community centers;
- Research universities: the challenge of time;
- Co-operation and development of universities in the 21 century;
- National innovation system is the basis of economic development of the future.
The congress will discuss the following issues:
- Development of the Eurasian scientific and educational space;
- current trends of scientific development and education;
- research universities: the challenge of time;
- training for the knowledge economy;
- mobility of science and education: cooperation and development of universities in the infant of 21st century;
- commercialization of research and development work - the basis of economic development future,
- developing effective national innovation systems,
- implementation of joint innovation projects.

Applications deadline for participation in the Congress of the Organizing Committee is before July 15, 2010 via e-mail Gauhar.Ramazanova@kaznu.kz, also electronic registration of participation and completing the application on the report until July 15, 2010 at the official site http://conf.kaznu.kz/ISECSF-2010.

Abstracts:
A book of abstracts of scientific and educational congress "Science future" will be published before the Congress.
The print version of Abstracts must be submitted to the Organizing Committee at: Gauhar.Ramazanova@kaznu.kz in the electronic version prior to August 1, 2010 with the following requirements (a sample of abstracts of reports):
- The text of the reports up to 3 pages (A4 format) should be submitted in the format editor Word2003/XP;
- Page margins: all parties-2 cm;
- Font: Times New Roman, size - 12, spacing - single;
- The report title is printed in capital letters in bold size 14, centered; through one line - name, initials in lower case in bold; on the next line - a place of work (without abbreviations), city, country, on the following line - e-mail italic lowercase letters, one line - the main text, through one line - the list of literature.
- Captions lowercase font size 10 (center).
